OMG!
I love Halloween so much. I mean, it's the only day of the year where I don't look out of place. It's amazing. I love getting candy too. It's fun.

I'm a Go-Go Girl this year. The only bad thing about my outfit is that the back is really short so I'm wearing bike shorts on underneath this. I have to keep holding the back of it down too. Oh well. At least it's not like, a huge deal.

One of my friends is dressed as the Mayor of Halloween Town. It's pretty awesome. I was so happy when I saw him.

I swear I just felt my phone vibrate, but it's in my locker, so I don't know how this happened.

Anyway.....

I'm really exicted about handing out candy this year. All my friends are gonna be doing something else so It's not like I'm gonna miss out on anything. I'll have PlayRadioPlay! keep me company. They're really good too, so I'd check them out.

1. Ludo. OMG. I freakin' love Ludo. Not just because they're from St. Louis, but because they're just so amazing. They can be serious or funny.

2. Josh Saxe. Not only is this guy only a sophmore in highschool, he's also freakin' amazing on guitar and vocals.

Daddy's Little Defect

Ok, so this weekend, I was bonding with my dad like, the whole time. Last night, we went out to dinner together and just talked for like, 2 hours. Then tonight, we went to go see the 3D version of Nightmare Before Christmas. That alone was really cool. Tim Burton is a genious and is just really cool. My dad liked the movie and now he and my mom are talking about what she did while she was out of town. This is the first time this week I've felt content and relaxed. =]

Secound Chances

Why is it that anything a guy or a girl asks someone to go get coffee, it's really a date, but they both don't want to admit it? It's just like, a hanging out session. I just find that very odd. No matter how old you are, that always seems to be the first date type thing.

Here's an example:
Boy: Hey
Girl: Hey. What's up?
Boy: Nothing really. You?
Girl: Same.
Boy: Are you doing anything on Saturday?
Girl: No.
Boy: Wanna get coffee?
Girl: OK. Sounds great.
Boy: OK, meet you at Starbucks around 2?
Girl: OK. See you then.


How lame is that?? The boy CLEARLY asked the girl on a date, so why not just call it one? I don't know. Boys are complex creatures who must be studied for further development.

I Didn't Steal Your Chair

I'm exicted because Parkway dosen't block Blogger.com! So I can update during Newspaper class when I have nothing to do.

Apparently, people like how my hair looks today. Which is weird, because I wasn't too happy with it this morning and it took me FOREVER to do my hair. People like my shirt too, but that's good, because I LOVE my shirt. I got it at Dealia's on Sunday along with this really cute necklace for like, $3.

Leslie: Ok, so insted of 'call you later', say 'fax you later.' I didn't know people used faxes until like, 2 days ago.

I love you Leslie. You make Newspaper soo much fun!!

Ksusha wishes that we would switch over to the metric system, which I tottaly agree with. Our system is really messed up and I wish we would switch over to metric. It's so much simplier and easier to understand.

Sleep With All The Lights On

School was....meh. I feel totally drained emotionally and physically.

I hate having Bio first block, because then I put all my energy into what we're doing in Bio, and then I can't focus on anything else all day. Which is not good because all my mentally demanding classes are after Bio.

I shouldn't have stayed after for tech work today. That just made me feel even more tired. We were supposed to start painting today, but that didn't really happen. So not only did I do pretty much do nothing, which sucked, I sat around on the couch and got cat hair all over my shirt so now my dogs are going crazy.

I wish that new Dashboard shirt that I saw at Hot Topic was online, cause then I'd get it in a heartbeat.

I need new friends, like, bad.

These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things...

I realised today while I was shopping with my friend, Ksusha, that I have a lot of favorite things. So, here is my list of favorite things...

1. Music. I love everything. But as of right now, I love Dashboard Confessional and I adore Ludo. Joni Mitchell is my idol though.

2. Writing. It's pretty much my passion. One day, you'll look back and say, I used to read her blog! I'll be famous one day, just wait. I'll probably post some of my stuff on here if I ever get around to it.

3. Cooking. I love cooking. It's so much fun to be able to eat something that you made. Plus it tastes better.

4. Shopping. I love clothes. Delia's is my favorite store ever. Their clothes look great on me, even if it does cost a little extra.

5. Acting. I love being on stage and being able to be a different person for a while. It's just an amazing feeling.

6. Crafts. I love making thing for my friends like scarfs and scrapbooks and jewelry. It's just so much fun!

7. Lacrosse. Come spring, lacrosse is my life. I'm already conditing for it right now so I'm in good shape once the season starts. I put all my heart and soul into this sport.

That's all I can think of now, but I'll think of more later.

Making History

Well, I guess this is it. The beginning of my blog. I'll keep updates on my life, like CD's I like, what movie I just saw, stuff like that.

So the new Dashboard Confessional album came out a few weeks ago. It's really good, but that's just what I think. I'm writing an article about it for my school's paper. Some of the songs are kinda weak, but then again, Dashboard is emo.

I was supposed to see Across the Universe today, but my friend couldn't go. I wasn't too upset cause we're gonna see the 3D version of Nightmare Before Christmas next week. That'll be soo amazing. I can't wait.

But the most amazing thing happened today. LUDO finally posted the date for their Christmas show! December 27th!! I will be going to that. I cannot wait. It's only, like, 2 days before my brother is supposed to get married, but that's not gonna be a problem.
